Orders, Returns & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. and select international destinations. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, email us — we’ll do our best to get Pehnē to you.
What is your return policy?
Each Pehnē piece is handcrafted and unique. Because of this, all sales are final. Our goal is for you to love what you wear — and if something feels off, email us. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Made-to-order, custom-length, and limited-release items will be marked as final sale prior to purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for all made-to-order piece to ship. We ship in-stock items within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. Delivery times vary by location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Where are your products made?
Conceived and created in Brooklyn, NY.
Fit & Materials
Are the belts one-size?
Yes — each piece in the Atlas Collection is one-size and adjustable. Most styles accommodate 24–36 inch waists. For more details, visit our Fit Guide.
Can I wear it other ways?
Absolutely. Pehnē belts are designed to be styled however you’d like — at the waist, hips, or even as a necklace or bag charm.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Email hello@pehne.co — we’re happy to create custom-length pieces when possible. (Additional costs may apply.)
What are the belts made of?
Genuine leather cords paired with one-of-a-kind beads and semi-precious stones. Materials vary slightly by design to reflect the character of each city. See our Materials & Care page for more.
How do I care for my belt?
Store flat or gently coiled. Avoid water and chemical cleaners. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Full care instructions are here.
